In search of rimfire firing pin

Post by chasebh73 »

Hello all, I am in need of a rimfire Vetterli firing pin. I've got an all original 1869/71 Vetterli that hasn't been converted to centerfire yet and I would like to keep it that way. However unfortunately the firing pin has an ear broken off. I've scoured the internet ever since I bought the rifle and I can't seem to find one. I attempted making one but messed it up.
Does anyone have one they'd be willing to sell? I may try to make another one with some better tools and a little more skill.

Those are both old postings that have long been sold. I've been trying to find one online for over two months but nothing is available, am hoping someone has one or two left over so I don't have to make my own.
